Before using the Super Gigantic Keyboard Playmat for the first time, kindly take time to carefully read the instructions. Please observe all safety precautions and follow operating procedures. This unit includes: Super Gigantic Keyboard Playmat and MP3 cable 

Before use:

Open the back battery compartment with a screwdriver and install 4 AA batteries (not included). Close the lid and flatten the mat.

When the power is on, the mat will play a Power On Signal.

Play & Tone

• The playmat switches to one key one note play mode when 'PLAY' mode is pressed. The default instrument is piano.

• Instruments can be selected by pressing the 'TONE' key. Players choose favorite instrument from 8 different instruments by pressing black keys. 

• 8 instruments include piano, vibraphone, harp, trumpet, saxophone, accordion, violin and guitar.

• Press white keys to play your favorite instruments.

• The playmat is compatible with MP3 player. DEMO function is not available once MP3 player is plugged in. Other functions remain the same.

• The playmat switches off automatically after 1 minute of no activity on the mat. The

mat will be re-activated by pressing any button.

Demo

• The playmat switches to demo melody play mode once 'DEMO' key is pressed and the indication light will be turned on.

• The default instrument is piano and can be changed by pressing 'TONE'. Players choose favorite demo melodies by pressing black keys.

• The Demo mode does not respond to white keys.

• Press any mode key to change to desired mode.

Record

• Recording function will be turned on by pressing 'RECORD'.

• Players can record up to 80 notes.

• The instruments can be changed by pressing 'TONE'.

• After 80 notes are recorded, players can still play the keyboard, but it will not be recording.

• Memory will be cleared by pressing 'RECORD' again.

Playback

• Press ‘PLAYBACK’ to play back recorded melody.

• After all recorded notes have been played, pressing 'PLAYBACK' will replay the

same melody again.

Battery warning and caution

• Replacement of batteries must be done by adults.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries.

• Never mix old and new batteries.

• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.

• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.

• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Do not use any sharp items on the mat.

• The mat is not washable.

• This toy is for kids ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is required.
